Help spread the book...

Since this book is self-published, it has no marketing budget. Any help you can offer to spread the book would be most appreciated. Here are some ideas:

Post a link to the free sample page and download a sampler as an item in Facebook and spread the images.
Become friends with Karl Henrik Lundh on his MySpace page.
Review the book on your website or blog, including a link to this site.
Write a review of the book on its order page at blurb.com.
Add a link to this site from your blog or website.
Lend your copy to a friend so they can read and view the images too.
Buy a copy as a gift for a friend.
Send me your comments on the book, so I can post them on this site as a reader review.
Ask me about running an interview on your site or blog.

On a PC, you can right-click on it and then use 'Save As', and you can upload it to your website or blog in the usual way. You can reduce the physical size according to your needs.
